With the multitude of choices available online, it has become difficult to separate truth from marketing. Between embellished product descriptions, fake reviews and sponsored rankings, consumers are often lost. That's exactly the problem we aim to solve.

Our Methodology
Every product we recommend has been tested in real-world conditions by our team. We don't write theoretical comparisons based on spec sheets: we buy the products, use them daily for several weeks, and measure their performance using rigorous testing protocols.
Our comparisons follow a precise methodology:

- Purchase: we buy products with our own funds to guarantee our independence. We don't accept loaned products from manufacturers.

Our Business Model: Transparency First

- You pay no extra cost. The price is strictly the same as if you had found the product yourself.

How Affiliate Commissions Work

Do you accept products from brands for testing? We occasionally accept products from brands, but we always disclose this explicitly in the relevant article. We never allow brands to influence our ratings or review content. Most products we test are purchased with our own funds.
How often do you update your comparisons? We update each comparison at least quarterly. We also update immediately when a product is discontinued, a significant price change occurs, or a new model enters the market.
Can I suggest a product for testing? Absolutely. Write to us at contact@bureau-expert.fr with the product name and why you think it deserves testing. We evaluate all reader suggestions and prioritize products that generate the most interest.
Do you earn more commission on expensive products? No. Affiliate commission percentages are set by the retailer, not by us. More importantly, we have no incentive to recommend an expensive product over a cheaper one, because our editorial choices are made before any purchase happens through our links.
How do you handle negative reviews? If a product scores below 6/10 in our tests, we publish our findings honestly. We do not accept payment to withhold negative reviews, and we clearly explain why a product did not meet our standards. We also contact the manufacturer to give them the opportunity to respond.
What happens when a product is discontinued? We mark it as discontinued in our comparisons and remove it from our top picks. We then test the replacement model (if available) and update our rankings accordingly.
